£32,000–£42,000 + Uncapped Commission
Ready to take ownership of UK & European markets and turn opportunity into revenue?
We’re looking for a confident, commercially sharp Sales Executive who wants more than just hitting targets — someone who wants to build markets, shape strategy, and grow internationally.
This isn’t a desk-bound sales role. You’ll be meeting clients, attending trade shows, spotting new opportunities, and collaborating with overseas teams to drive expansion across exciting UK and European territories.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
*Developing and executing sales strategies across the UK & Europe
*Identifying and converting new business opportunities
*Building strong, long-term client relationships
*Representing the brand at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
*Managing post-sale relationships, including feedback and support
*Collaborating with international colleagues to share insights and drive growth
You’ll have real ownership of your territory — and the autonomy to make things happen.
What Success Looks Like
In your first 3–6 months, you’ll:
*Build a strong pipeline across your region
*Establish relationships with key decision-makers
*Represent the company at industry events
Within 12 months, you’ll:
*Be recognised as the go-to contact in your market
*Have developed repeat business and long-term partnerships
*Be directly contributing to measurable international growth
What We’re Looking For
*Proven sales or business development experience (public sector experience is a bonus, not essential)
*Understanding of UK and European markets
*Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
*Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
*Willingness to travel for client visits and trade shows
