Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer position, for our Estate Agency client based in Ealing.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Estate Agency Sales and Valuing with a proven track record of listing properties and securing new business opportunities.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Valuer:
*Basic £25,000 - £28,000 DOE
*OTE £60,000 - £65,000
*Car allowance £3000
*Additional bonuses
*Welcoming working environment
*Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 3pm (with day off in lieu)
*5 day working week
*Exceptional training and development to one day become a Manager
*Excellent career progression
Responsibilities for the role of Sales Valuer:
*Valuing and listing properties
*Providing tailored advice to clients
*Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
*Following up warm leads
*Creating your own business opportunities
*Registering and qualifying potential buyers
*Generating and conducting viewings
*Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
*Preparing sales brochures
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
Key Skills for the role of Sales Valuer:
*Minimum 2 years experience in Estate Agency Sales and Valuing
*Passion for helping people and putting clients first
*Ambitious and enthusiastic
*Excellent team player who understands process and team coordination
*Proven track record within the property industry
*Industry awareness for business growth
*Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*You must hold a full UK driving licence with the use of your own car
