Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and highly reputable Bath-based organisation in their search for a Client Service Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team, playing a key role in delivering a seamless and professional client onboarding journey.
This role is focused on acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients, clearly explaining the services offered, and building strong rapport to convert enquiries into new clients.
This could suit someone who has come from an estate agents with experience supporting the sales team.
DAY TO DAY
*Acting as the first point of contact for new enquiries, building positive and professional relationships from the outset.
*Gathering relevant identification and understanding client requirements to arrange initial meetings with internal teams.
*Guiding clients through compliance and verification processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
*Proactively following up on enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
*Requesting and recording feedback where matters do not proceed, using insights to help improve future conversion performance.
*Identifying opportunities to recommend additional legal or financial services where appropriate.
*Providing comprehensive and timely handovers to internal teams, ensuring a smooth transition within one working day.
*Working closely with internal teams to stay informed of updates and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

*Previous experience in a client or customer-focused role.

*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
*Confidence in handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance processes are followed accurately.
*Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
*The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.
*Good IT proficiency and experience using administrative or case management systems.
*Experience gathering and analysing feedback to support improvements in service or conversion rates.
*The ability to provide clear, accurate and timely internal handovers to ensure operational efficiency.
