Job Description:
Registered Manager
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Structure
Location: Derbyshire, East Midlands
Hours: Full-time, days only
HCR is working with a care provider that has a sterling reputation, operating since 2019 with a portfolio of 27 homes. They are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to maintain and drive high standards. This picturesque countryside home will be led by a skilled Registered Manager with expertise in elderly, dementia, and residential care. A proven background as a Registered Manager is essential.
We require a Registered Manager who can maintain and drive the highest professional care standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:
*Registered Manager status with CQC, or the ability and willingness to obtain registration
*Proven experience in managing an elderly care home
*NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
*The Registered Care Home Manager will come from a successful CQC background
