Job Description:
We are excited to be recruiting a Legal Secretary to join a friendly and reputable law firm based in Christchurch. The successful candidate will be working within the Dispute Resolution team, who deal with a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes. Legal Secretarial experience in any field will be considered.


Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Organising and maintaining diaries and booking appointments.
*Dealing with correspondence and writing letters on behalf of the Fee Earners.
*Dealing with emails, faxes and post.
*Producing invoices and reporting billed figures.
*Ensuring client files are accurate up to date.
About You:
*Able to pick up IT systems quickly.
*Digital/ Audio dictation experience
*Fast typing skills.
*Enjoys supporting other members of the team.
*Ability to produce accurate work in a busy environment.
*Approachable with excellent customer service skills.
*Good communication skills.
*Good attention to detail.
*Flexible and adaptable.
*Organised and able to ensure clients are updated regularly.
*Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently.
