Description
The Commercial Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
*Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements.
*Provide legal advice to clients on a range of commercial matters including IT, DP, IP and heavy weight commercial contracts.
*Working with clients across a range of sectors including retail, logistics, education and charities.
*Work closely with the Partners on larger matters.
Profile
The successful Commercial Solicitor should have / be;
*A Solicitor currently working in commercial
*A track record in commercial and / or IT, IP work
*Likely to be around 1-5 years PQE
*Ties to Leeds
*An interest to work for a regional law firm
