A thriving company have a fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant role involves supporting marketing operations and complex projects, ensuring smooth execution across branding, campaigns, advertising, PR, and social media.

Marketing Assistant duties:
*Playing a pivotal role in bringing the brand vision to life through coordinating marketing projects and delivering campaigns
*Maintaining and updating the marketing campaign alignment planner daily, ensuring all channels are on track and have the resources needed to execute campaigns
*Tracking and reporting campaign performance, updating the planner and measurement documents with weekly insights
*Organising and managing visual assets, ensuring content is in date and uploaded across in-house platforms and social media with assets properly named, linked, and easily accessible for amplification and distribution
*Supporting and administering the store roll out and merchandising program, feeding back changes to designers, ensuring new designs are delivered to the Brand and Communications Director for approval, then delivered to the correct parties for production
*Supporting the coordination of product launches, from arranging sample deliveries and studio schedules to setting up lifestyle and product photography
*Ensuring timely delivery, approval, and distribution of assets to internal teams, PR, and external agencies
*Supporting social media operations through managing VIP services back of house, for influencers, creators, and partners, securing permissions, and organising influencer campaigns
*Partnering with Pricing and Promotions to ensure smooth delivery of marketing materials to stores, tracking and chasing deliveries and handling replacements where needed
*Supporting the Marketing Team with raising and tracking purchase orders within the budget tracker and all ad hoc admin requirements
*Ensuring purchase orders are raised and tracked through Excel and the in-house system
*Taking charge of various ad-hoc projects, including in-store displays and radio coordination, driving seamless execution and impact
*Delivering completed projects on time, ensuring they are launched, handed over to stakeholders, and logically filed in our creative library for easy access
Marketing Assistant required skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in a similar role desirable
*Adobe software knowledge – Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
