Receptionist - Private Banking (West End)
£35,000 | West End, London | Full-time
We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to join a prestigious private banking environment in the West End. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and guests, delivering a five-star experience at all times.
The Role:
*Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, escorting them to meeting rooms
*Ensuring all visitors are appropriately signed in and verified
*Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating catering requests
*Preparing meeting rooms to a consistently high standard
*Serving refreshments during client meetings
*Handling and transferring incoming calls
*Maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception and office environment
About You:
*Previous reception experience within financial services or a corporate environment preferred
*Calm, confident, and highly professional manner
*Immaculately presented with strong attention to detail
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office
*Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
*Team-oriented with a strong client service focus
