Job Description:
Warehouse Operative
Salary: £13.19/£24K
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35-hour week, 1-hour lunch break)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team based in Silverstone. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude, who is looking for a full-time role in a busy, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Book goods in correctly, accurately and on time
*Ensure all packages and contents meet exceptional standards before leaving site
*Dispatch goods accurately and on time
*Pack and ship goods in line with relevant legislation (IATA/ADR etc.)
*Complete courier paperwork accurately and promptly
*Correctly classify all new and existing products for storage and transportation
*Adhere to strict Health & Safety guidelines
*Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area (including general cleaning duties)
*Carry out final quality inspections once trained and authorised
*Handle supplier queries promptly and follow up to ensure timely resolution
*Monitor warehouse and freezer temperatures

*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to follow procedures and maintain high standards
*Strong communication skills
*Organised and proactive approach to work
*Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential - full training provided
