£50,000 Basic | £70,000 OTE

The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead a high-performing service and parts operation at a busy automotive dealership in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven leader to take full responsibility for the aftersales department, driving profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
You will oversee the Service, Parts and Workshop teams, ensuring KPIs are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer standards.
Key Responsibilities*Full management of Service & Parts departments
*Drive departmental profitability and achieve monthly KPIs
*Maximise labour sales, parts revenue and workshop efficiency
*Lead, coach and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts teams
*Ensure outstanding CSI and customer retention
*Monitor productivity, utilisation and efficiency levels
*Manage budgets, forecasts and cost controls
*Maintain compliance with manufacturer and company standards
The Ideal Candidate*Proven experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Manager within a franchised dealership
*Strong commercial awareness and track record of increasing revenue
*Confident leader with experience managing large teams
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Highly customer-focused with strong CSI results
*Full UK driving licence
