I am currently working with a growing business in the Ormskirk area who are seeking a part-time Bookkeeper / Finance Manager to manage on-site financial operations.

This role covers bookkeeping, financial management, and reporting up to management accounts. The successful candidate will be highly detail-oriented, committed, and comfortable working in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
*Full bookkeeping and financial management for the business.
*Preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
*Job costing and financial reporting.
*Chasing and managing outstanding debt.
*Maintaining and reconciling records in Google Sheets, E5, and Excel.
*Supporting the transition of financial work between departments as required.
*Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
*Experience in bookkeeping, finance management, or similar roles
*Understanding of P&L, balance sheets, job costing, and debt management.
*Proficient in Google Sheets, E5, and Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Comfortable working in an office environment with a collaborative team culture.
*Formal accounting qualifications are not required.
