JOB TITLE: Modelling Lead Engineer
LOCATION: Wantage, Oxfordshire
SALARY: £50,00 - £60,000
WAY OF WORKING: Full Time | Office-based | Permanent
THE BUSINESS:
Zero Global are currently working with a client who specialise in manufacturing.
THE MODELLING LEAD ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:
*Build and run structural FEA simulations, interpret results, and communicate findings.
*Provide design analysis support to project teams.
*Troubleshoot product and manufacturing issues using engineering, statistical and simulation methods.
*Occasionally participate in hands-on validation through experiments and calculations.
*Maintain strong safety, quality and technical standards.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
*Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent).
*Extensive industrial experience with FEA and numerical simulation.
*Strong CAD skills (especially SolidWorks).
*Broad engineering experience plus statistical and problem-solving expertise.
