Senior Pensions Operations Specialist

Working withing a DB/DC member servicing department, managing the full reconciliation process, managing large volumes of data, involvement in system and process improvements and supervising junior admin team members.


*Completing the monthly processes in an accurate and timely manner including monitoring the DB and DC processes, which involves maintaining member data, and general enquiries relating to both DB and DC plans made by employers and members
*Monitoring and documenting completion of reconciliation processes, within agreed timeframes. Addressing issues immediately and escalating to the Online Support Manager if necessary. Processes should be efficient and accurate
*Managing system changes and improvements including raising service desk tickets,
*Managing tickets within a delivery cycle, attending change management group meetings, creating test matrices and ensuring testing is completed in a timely manner (including delegating testing to other team members). Additionally, undertaking system testing as necessary.


To be considered for the role;


*Experience of working with Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel (including using pivot-tables and v-lookups)
*At least 3 years of data entry, data amendment and data maintenance experience
*At least 3 years of pension and data administration experience
*Good understanding of DB and DC pensions schemes
*Excellent organisation skills
*Strong mathematical abilities
*Strong analytical skills
*Good written and oral communication skills
