We are looking for a Manufacturing Operations Graduate to join a leading aerospace and power generation manufacturer. Acting as a key support to the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll gain exposure across engineering, production, quality, HR and operational functions.

Job Description
*Work closely with the Manufacturing Manager and team leaders to support daily operations
*Get involved across different areas of the business including manufacturing, engineering, quality and HR
*Help improve processes and solve day-to-day production issues
*Support team leaders and shop floor staff with operational tasks
*Assist with admin tasks such as time and attendance, investigations and general coordination
*Help keep communication flowing between departments and support ongoing projects

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Degree qualified (Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive or Mechanical preferred)
*Strong interest in manufacturing and operational environments
*Organised, adaptable and willing to learn across multiple business functions
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with shop floor and management teams
