Business Development Executive (12-Month FTC)
A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join its Global Client Development team, supporting the Technology, Digital, Data & IP (TDDI) practice.
The role offers the chance to work on high-impact BD initiatives, strategic campaigns and client development projects across a fast-growing, innovative practice advising on cutting-edge tech, data and IP issues.
The Role
The Business Development Executive will:
*Shape and deliver BD initiatives to raise the profile of the TDDI group and win new work.
*Manage and draft client proposals and pitches.
*Lead on directories and awards submissions.
*Maintain credentials, client materials and CRM data.
*Support events, campaigns and cross-practice initiatives.
*Monitor market/competitor trends and prepare briefing materials.
*Collaborate with BD, Marketing, Communications and Digital teams.
*Contribute to business planning and content strategy.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:
*Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
*Previous BD/Marketing experience, ideally in a law firm.
*Confidence working with senior stakeholders and strong relationship-building skills.
*Excellent writing, communication and organisational abilities.
*The ability to juggle multiple deadlines and work with discretion on sensitive matters.
*Strong analytical skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
*High professional standards, attention to detail and a commitment to inclusive team culture.
