Job Description:
A boutique central London firm are recruiting an EA with experience providing high level 1:1 support at the C-Suite/Founder level.
Responsibilities
*Manage complex calendars, travel, schedules, and priorities
*Manage the coordination of shareholder meetings, Board meetings and company offsites
*Meeting and market research, prepare agendas, presentations, and other meeting materials
*Light private support
*Event planning
About You
*Proven experience in a similar role within finance or a family office
*Strong organisational and time-management skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Proactive, personable and discreet
This role is paying up to £80k DOE.
