Job Description:
Product Merchandising Analyst & GTM Manager
*Annual Salary: Circa £60,000 (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
*Location: London office

Join a leading group renowned for its global brands in the sportswear and fashion sector. We are seeking a Product Merchandising Analyst & GTM Manager who is passionate about sport and branded goods. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and excellent project management skills.
Day-to-day of the role:
*GTM Calendar Management:
*Build and manage seasonal GTM Calendars to ensure a smooth and efficient seasonal flow.
*Engage constantly with all stakeholders to align with the seasonal calendar.
*Ensure all milestones and deliverables are met and delivered in full.
*Support in building multiple seasonal tracks depending on product deliverable needs.

*Reporting:
*Prepare and populate weekly performance reports.
*Consolidate data from numerous sources to create a regional picture that can be further analysed.
*Continuously improve reporting to simplify decision-making using sound and consistent approaches.
*Work closely with the Sales Operations team to align and compare data.

*Analysis:
*Produce reports using sell-through data to break down, profile, and measure the success of direct-to-consumer and external partners.
*Aid the assortment planning process through analysis of range size, efficiencies, and distribution.
*Provide analysis on the adoption of key seasonal initiatives, enabling the Marketing team to review set KPIs.
*Manage Trade Agreements within systems, performing price and margin analysis and audits.

*Range Planning & Forecasting:
*Oversee the line planning process and the smooth running of the Excel-based system which feeds all major reports used in the design of the range.
*Manage the regional forecasting process, integrating accurate sales/forecasting history with launch range information.
*Collate and present forecast information; identify "at risk" SKUs.
*Monitor the accuracy of style setup data.
*Create and contribute to presentations for seasonal launches and leadership team meetings.

*Pricing and Master Data Management:
*Provide seasonal analysis of pricing and margin deliverables.
*Ensure all margin and KPI targets are achieved each season.
*Seasonally create all master line plan data at article level.
*Ensure all external partner data requirements are provided and maintained.
*Track all MSL products to ensure on-time and in full delivery.
*Manage article data for all SMUs and out-of-season line planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Prior industry experience, ideally within the Sportswear and/or fashion sector.
*Passion for sport, sportswear, and branded goods.
*Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
*Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
*Strong organisational and project management skills.
*Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
