SENIOR STRATEGY MANAGER - COLLECTIONS
£90-120K
London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office)
Harnham are working with a fintech company to bring in a new Senior Collections Strategy Manager to build out collection and recovery strategies.

THE ROLE
This role sits within the strategy and approvals function, with end-to-end ownership of collections and recoveries strategy. You will manage one direct report and work closely with operations, strategy, product and analytics to optimise customer outcomes and portfolio performance.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
*Designing and developing collections and recoveries strategy.
*Leading deep dive analysis on performance, trends and customer behaviour.
*Partnering with operations to deliver effective end-to-end collections journeys.
*Managing and developing a direct report.
*Supporting broader credit and risk strategy initiatives as the business scales.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Prior experience in senior risk, analytic or strategy roles, ideally within lending or credit risk
*Technically proficient in SQL
*Able to communicate technical outcomes into stakeholder understanding.
*(2:1) Stem related Degree from a Russell group university
* Experience managing people or leading analytical work streams.
