Description
Key responsibilities include:
*Conduct conflict and sanctions searches, analysing results and escalating issues where needed.
*Review and approve new client and matter requests, ensuring data accuracy and supporting matter security/ethical wall processes.
*Manage Terms & Conditions and engagement letter workflows, including categorising and uploading agreed terms.
*Monitor shared inboxes, provide guidance across the firm, and contribute to improving intake processes.
*Maintain team resources, support training, and build strong internal relationships.
*Complete additional compliance tasks such as supplier and dealing checks, reporting, and ongoing professional development.
Profile
The successful candidate would have:
*1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
*Ability to exercise sound judgement, make recommendations, and analyse large volumes of information.
*Strong online research skills and high attention to detail.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intapp Intake/Conflicts/Terms beneficial).
*Proactive, organised, and able to manage workload independently while working collaboratively in a team.
Job Offer
On offer to the candidate:
*Competitive salary ranging from £42,000 to £48,000 per annum plus package.
