Data Analysis Manager - Data Analyst
Our client, a well-established organisation in the charity/social impact sector, is seeking an experienced Data Analysis Manager to lead on data strategy, governance and insight across the organisation. This is a key position for someone passionate about transforming data into meaningful information that drives service improvement and demonstrates organisational impact.
You will oversee the management and development of the organisation’s CRM and reporting systems, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and champion high data quality standards across all teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a data specialist who thrives on both operational detail and strategic influence.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead the delivery of data management, analysis and reporting across the organisation.
*Oversee the integrity, maintenance and development of the organisation’s CRM system (Salesforce In-Form).
*Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and impact.
*Work closely with internal teams and external providers to maintain system security and reliability.
*Ensure accurate, consistent data entry, storage and processing across all departments.
*Produce monitoring and performance reports for internal use and external commissioners.
*Act as the organisation’s Data Protection Officer, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR, PECR and relevant sector standards.
*Develop and deliver data quality assurance processes and training for staff.
Required experience & skills:
*Demonstrable experience in data management, ideally within the charity, non-profit or public sector.
*Strong experience with data visualisation tool Power BI and/or Tableau
*Advanced Excel experience
*Deep understanding of data protection law and best practice.
*Ideally experience of Homeless Link’s In-Form software
*Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for service improvement.
*Experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
*Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
