Senior Occupational Health Advisor
Our leading client in Derby is looking for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team.
The role is 5 days per week and permanent and has a competitive salary range between £58-£61k depending on experience.
Role:
*Managing a clinical multidisciplinary team providing supervision, performance management and mentoring.
*Leading on clinical advice on the requirements for health surveillance.
*Ensuring that occupational health policies and procedures are developed and maintained
*Developing and delivering health and wellbeing campaigns
Essential:
*Registered Nurse
*Experience in Occupational Health
*Occupational Health Degree
*Experience managing an OH Team / in a Senior OH role
The successful individual will work as part of a team to deliver an exceptional OH service to our client and help bring success to the Company.
