Job Description:
Residential Property Solicitor – Legal 500 Firm – Cranleigh
Our client, a prestigious Legal 500 law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy Cranleigh office.
The Role
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE with in-depth technical expertise across a full spectrum of residential property matters, including:
*Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
*Re-mortgages
*Transfers of equity
They will be able to manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, with strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
The Ideal Candidate
*Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
*Has the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Possesses sound commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development and networking
