Job Description:
Permanent Nursery Educator Job (level 2 or above)
Department: Early Years
Pay: £27’897k - £29’958k Per Annum
Area: Balham
Hours: 40 hours per week
Summary:
Registered in 2015 and situated in the London Borough of Lambeth, this nursery accommodates up to 47 children. It is one of 43 locations within our established nursery chain.
The Role
*Supporting children in their play, planning for children and tracking development against the EYFS;
*Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the room and fulfilling the personal care needs of the children; and Work within the regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
*A commitment to working in partnership with parents
*Experience of working with the EYFS and the ability to hit the ground running
*A can-do and enthusiastic attitude
*Experience of planning, observing and recording children’s achievements
*Proven skills in positive behavior management
*Excellent spoken and written English.
Qualifications & Requirements:
*A level 2 or 3 qualified candidate in childcare or above. (Early years degree, QTS, PGCE, NNEB)
*Has experience working with the children aged 6 months to 5years
*Have strong EYFS knowledge and be able to implement in all activities
*Have strong verbal and writing communication skills
