Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Product Analyst to join our Analytics team. You’ll help track KPIs, build dashboards, and analyse customer behaviour across web and mobile products, supporting data-driven decisions. Working with experienced analysts, you’ll also gain exposure to experimentation and optimisation. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the development of reports and dashboards that track product performance and key customer behaviours.
*Assist in monitoring KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
*Help with analysis of customer journeys across web and mobile products, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
*Contribute to the setup and analysis of experiments and optimisation tests, working with senior team members to interpret results.
*Work closely with Product Analysts and Product Owners to provide data that informs decision-making.
*Learn and develop skills in digital analytics tools, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.
*Take part exploratory and proactive analysis across the product areas and present these findings back to stakeholders

About You
*A genuine interest in data, digital products, and customer behaviour.
*Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a curiosity to ask "why."
*Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly.
*Some experience (academic, project-based, or work-related) with data analysis — e.g. using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
*Exposure to analytics or visualisation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau) is desirable, but not essential.
*Eagerness to learn new technical skills, tools, and analytical techniques.
*A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with colleagues across different teams.
Benefits
*Hybrid working as standard (minimum 3 days per week in office)
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
*Flexible holiday scheme
*Paid time off to move home
*Contributory pension scheme
*Enhanced family leave benefits
*Insurance benefits including life assurance
*Love Mondays events
*Discount schemes including gyms and popular retailers
*Range of wellbeing and mental health support avenues
*Central London office in a fantastic location, with countless bars, restaurants and theatres right on the doorstep
*These are just some great benefits we offer everyone working at Reed Online!
