We are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Ealing.
The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the full lettings process, with previous Senior Lettings Negotiator experience.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Benefits:
*Basic £25,000
*OTE £50,000 - £60,000
*Car Allowance £3000
*Quarterly bonus of £500 on reasonable performance expectation

Responsibilities:
*Ability to identify appropriate properties for clients and vice/versa
*Good working knowledge of inventory
*Speaking with potential tenants
*Building relationships
*Generating leads and building the market share
*Turn initial enquiries into actual business
*Always delivering exceptional customer service
*Providing up to date advice and information
*Conducting viewings
*Booking appointments
*Negotiating lettings contracts
*Registering applicants
*Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
Key Skills:
*Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator
*Full understanding of the Lettings process
*Team player
*Well-presented and articulate
*Professional telephone manner
*Enjoys dealing with customers face to face as well as over the phone
*Exceptional customer-service skills
*Ambitious and target driven
*Natural selling ability
*Must hold full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
