Location: NW London - St John’s Wood
Experience Needed: Super Prime Resi, Fit Out, Decent M&E Knowledge - (Underfloor Heating, Air con, electrical rooms), etc....

Salary c.£65,000 + £5,000 travel
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a 30-unit luxury residential apartment scheme in NW London, with individual apartments valued between £2m–£5m. You will work under a Project Director, alongside two other Site Managers, delivering a super-prime residential project to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
*Day-to-day site management of high-end fit-out works
*Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
*Ensuring exceptional quality of finishes throughout
*Driving programme, health & safety, and logistics
*Coordinating inspections, snagging, and handovers
*Maintaining strong communication with the wider project team
Requirements:
*Proven experience on super-prime residential fit-out projects
*Background delivering luxury apartments, mansions, or similar
*Strong M&E knowledge (Underfloor heating, air con, electrical rooms)
*Strong eye for detail and quality-led mindset
