Job Description:
Role: Temporary HR / People Advisor
Location: Paisley
Salary: Equiv to £48k / £24.86ph
Hybrid (Home & Office Based)
We are currently supporting a well-established organisation in sourcing an experienced People Advisor on a temporary basis. This is to support during a busy but exciting time of growth.
This role is generalist, and will focus primarily on line manager and stakeholder support, policies, procedures and compliance plus providing hands-on support to line managers across a range of complex people matters.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing end-to-end ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues
*Advising and coaching line managers on best practice and employment legislation
*Supporting investigations, hearings and minute taking where required
*Working closely with stakeholders to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly
*Supporting attendance management processes and liaising with Occupational Health
*Ensuring compliance with current employment law and internal policy
*Assisting with recruitment drives, processes, assessment centre etc.
About You:
*Proven experience in a generalist HR advisor level role
*Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
*Confident advising and challenging managers at all levels
*Experienced in supporting casework
*CIPD qualified or equivalent practical experience
*You will be able to start asap
