Job Description:
This role will be suitable for someone who possess both the technical abilities as well as a strategic mindset, with a collaborator overview.

*Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and risk management
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Monitor operations to ensure quality standards are upheld
*Supervise quality-related processes and documentation
*Assess customer requirements and ensure quality expectations are met
*Report and escalate supplier-related quality issues where required
*Maintain accurate records of quality reporting and documentation
*Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards
*Act as primary escalation point for quality-related matters
*Lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality processes
*Manage training and ongoing professional development within the quality function
