A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor or CILEX professional (2–5 PQE) to join a respected and expanding Family Law team. You will manage your own caseload from the outset, working on high-quality matters while being fully supported in your ongoing career development. This role would suit someone ambitious, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering constructive, modern family law solutions.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage an existing caseload while actively developing new work and client relationships.
*Handle a broad mix of private family work including:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial remedy matters
*Children matters
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements

*Promote non-court dispute resolution (NCDR) wherever possible; mediation or collaborative training ideal but not essential.
*Deliver exceptional levels of client care to high-net-worth and/or complex-needs clients.
*Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members as required.
*Work independently on your own matters and contribute within a collaborative team environment.
*Maintain excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
*Engage in business development initiatives to help drive growth.
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (2–5 PQE) with solid experience in family law.
*Resolution membership desirable.
*Strong working knowledge of private family law procedures and best practices.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and maintain client trust.
*Competent with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
*A proactive, positive, and supportive team player.
