Overview
An established and respected law firm is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join its successful and collaborative real estate team. The focus of this role is delivering exceptional client service through clear, expert advice on a range of commercial property and residential investment matters. You will be joining a supportive, proactive environment that values professional development, teamwork, and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide legal advice, guidance and innovative solutions on commercial property and residential investment matters.
*Support the team in achieving fee targets by assisting a broad range of clients across the business.
*Work closely with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to structure property transactions effectively.
*Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
*Identify legal risks and obstacles affecting transactions and guide clients on mitigation strategies.
*Stay updated on relevant real estate legislation, regulations, and market standards in the UK.
*Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations including AML and KYC requirements.
*Supervise junior team members as required.
*Maintain excellent file and case management standards.
*Demonstrate commercial awareness, including effective time recording, billing and cashflow control.
*Build and nurture client/referrer relationships and seek opportunities for future work.
*Contribute positively to departmental and firmwide initiatives including business development.
*Provide cover and support during colleague absences.
*Work confidently and independently without routine administrative support.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (via LPC and training contract; or SQE route; or CILEX to Fellow level with admission by SRA).

Desirable
*Experience using Practice Evolve or other legal practice management systems.
*Familiarity with Practical Law and LexisNexis research tools.
