IFA Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious administrator to join a well-established and highly respected planning firm, and take the first step towards a genuinely rewarding career in financial advice.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented administrator to support their advisory team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic entry point into the world of financial planning, and we’d love to hear from candidates with administrative experience across financial services, insurance, wealth management, or similar regulated environments.
We’ve supported this firm’s recruitment for a number of years and have seen first-hand how they invest in their people - individuals who joined in junior administrative roles have gone on to become fully qualified financial advisers. The business owner is a genuinely exceptional mentor who is committed to developing talent from within.
What you’ll be doing:
*Providing efficient administrative support to financial advisers, assisting with the processing of new business and ongoing client servicing
*Preparing client documentation including quotations, illustrations and valuations on behalf of advisers
*Processing new business paperwork in line with agreed service and quality standards
*Handling queries from clients, advisers and colleagues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and effectively
*Delivering excellent client service in accordance with FCA guidelines, internal procedures and company standards
*Building strong working relationships across the team to support an effective, client-focused service
What we’re looking for:
*A minimum of 12 months’ administrative experience within financial services, insurance, wealth management or a comparable regulated environment
*Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
*The ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing priorities
*A genuine ambition to build a long-term career in financial planning
