Job Description:
KT & Coe are pleased to be supporting our client in finding a Sales Administrator for the Sales Order Processing team. The purpose of the position is preparing customer quotations, processing sales orders, and following up with customers. The role also acts as a key point of contact for customer enquiries relating to orders and deliveries, ensuring a high standard of service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities*Support new and existing customers with sales and order-related enquiries.
*Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requirements, recommending additional or alternative products where appropriate.
*Follow up on quotations and record client feedback using CRM and order management systems.
*Assist with the management and development of customer relationships and accounts.
*Interpret and respond to customer logistical requirements.
*Capture and relay customer feedback on products to relevant internal teams.
*Actively participate in training and development activities that support team and organisational objectives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience*Proven experience in sales administration or customer service.
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
*Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*Experience using CRM systems.
*Familiarity with Sage 200 is desirable.
*Ability to prioritise workload and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Team-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive approach.
