Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established, family-run manufacturing and construction business, for a Manufacturing Manager based in Waltham Abbey.
Overview:
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a driven individual looking to grow within a reputable, expanding organisation. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the full manufacturing process from start to finish
*Lead, motivate, and manage the production team
*Ensure projects meet strict deadlines
*Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
*Drive performance improvements and process enhancements
Requirements:
*Proven experience in manufacturing management
*Strong joinery experience essential
*Hands-on leadership style
*Excellent communication skills at all levels
*Confident, resilient, and able to work under pressure
*Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills
*CNC programming experience
