WANTED! Experienced Estate Agency Assistant Sales Manager needed: to support residential sales operations, manage listings and valuations, mentor junior staff, and provide exceptional client service for a busy Forest Hill estate agency.
Our client, a busy independent Sales and Lettings Agency in South East London, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their professional team. This role focuses on supporting sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in mentoring and guiding the sales team.
The position suits someone with strong residential sales experience, excellent client rapport, and a proactive approach to achieving results.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Assist with residential sales operations and portfolio management
*Support and mentor junior sales staff
*Generate and manage property listings and valuations
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
*Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives
*Work closely with the management team to coordinate daily sales activity
*Attend viewings, negotiations, and completions as required
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Excellent experience in residential sales
*Strong background in property listings and valuations
*Experience mentoring or supporting a sales team is beneficial
*Confident and professional approach to estate agency
*High-level customer service and client relationship skills
*Knowledge of, and living close to, Forest Hill (SE23)
*Full UK driving licence
*Ambitious, well-presented, and self-motivated
*Keen to develop a career in property
