PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings

Experienced Property Manager required to oversee a residential lettings portfolio, coordinate compliance and maintenance, support landlords and tenants, and deliver consistent customer service across the Bromley area.
Worth Recruiting is working with a successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency seeking a Property Manager for their Bromley office.
You will manage a portfolio of rental properties, handle maintenance and compliance tasks, and act as a key contact for landlords and tenants. The role requires strong organisation, confident decision-making, and previous property management experience so you can step straight into the position.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing a residential lettings portfolio across the Bromley area
*Following landlord instructions and agreed management terms
*Ensuring all properties hold valid safety and compliance certificates
*Issuing works orders and coordinating repairs and maintenance
*Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants throughout works
*Keeping all parties updated on progress and outcomes
*Handling deposit releases and end-of-tenancy processes
*Serving appropriate statutory notices when required
*Resolving property issues quickly and professionally
*Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential property management
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong organisational and workload prioritisation ability
*Confident problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
*Professional and clear telephone manner
*Full UK driving licence and own car
*Good local knowledge of the Bromley area
*Able to handle challenging situations with diplomacy
*Comfortable managing a busy portfolio
