Job Description:
Alexander Lloyd is proud to be partnering a long standing client who are a globally recognised FMCG business to hire a Brand Manager to form part of their Marketing team.
Salary ranging between £53,000-£59,000 plus disc. bonus and benefits, hybrid working, Surrey based
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT is previous pharmaceutical or healthcare sector experience
*You will lead a brand portfolio, with direct impact on driving growth and revenues.
*Work closely with the local and overseas teams to drive growth, sales and maximise margins
*Lead the market strategy for new product launches
*Multi-division / department collaboration
*Building strong relationships with stakeholders
*Manage the advertising budget
*Lead on product training
The Person
*ESSENTIAL - Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
*Experience gained in a similar role
*Ability to influence and engage across the business
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets
*Ability to lead change
*Strong leadership ability
*Excellent communication skills
