We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected manufacturer within the engineering sector. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join their dynamic Sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking business where your contribution directly supports sales success and outstanding customer satisfaction.
The RoleAs Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of the sales operation — ensuring orders run smoothly, customers are supported, and opportunities are maximised.
Key Responsibilities:*Provide essential administrative support to the Sales team
*Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on sales leads
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
*Assist with sales reporting, forecasting, and database management (MIE Trak ERP)
*Support customer service initiatives, including surveys and complaint resolution
*Collaborate with Production and Engineering to meet customer deadlines
*Assist with exhibitions, customer meetings, and visits
*Gather market and product insights to support commercial activity
*Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 standards, company policies, and Health & Safety regulations
*Positively represent the company brand at all times

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems
Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
