Job Description:
Application Support Analyst
I’m currently partnering with a leading international broadcast media organisation to appoint an Application Support Analyst to join their Technology team on a permanent basis.
3 Days a week on-site in West London is required
This role will act as the primary technical contact for a suite of business-critical, largely SaaS-based applications supporting content scheduling, data, reporting and commercial operations. Based in London (hybrid, 3 days onsite), you’ll play a key role in maintaining system stability and performance.
Key responsibilities:
* Provide 1st/2nd line application support, triaging and resolving incidents
* Investigate system integrations, APIs and data workflows
* Coordinate fixes, upgrades and testing with internal teams and vendors
* Configure user roles, permissions and application settings
* Support releases, patches, UAT and functional testing
* Monitor application health and performance using observability tools
* Produce documentation, user guides and training materials
Requirements:
* 1-3+ years’ experience in application or systems support
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical capability
* Experience with ticketing tools and SaaS platforms
* Understanding of integrations and data flows
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Media or broadcast systems exposure advantageous - It would be great if the candidate has experience supporting MediaGeniX Whats’On, Snowflake, Microsoft Power Tools and Qlik / media supply chains and tools like SDVI Rally
