Financial Controller
Central London | c. £75,000 – £85,000

If so, this could be the role you’ve been waiting for.
We’re working with a well-respected, purpose-led professional services business (confidential for now) looking for an experienced Financial Controller to provide stability and leadership during an important phase of change.
You’ll work closely with a highly credible fractional CFO and senior leadership team, taking real ownership of the finance function - not just reporting the numbers, but helping shape what happens next.
What you’ll be doing
*Leading monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasting
*Managing invoice finance relationships and credit control discipline
*Preparing budgets and rolling forecasts
*Strengthening controls, processes and reporting
*Mentoring a small finance team
*Partnering with operational leaders to drive better decisions
You’ll likely be a great fit if you
Are an experienced Financial Controller (or strong Finance Manager ready to step up)
Are ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or close)
Enjoy improving processes and bringing structure
Are confident with Xero and cloud-based systems
Have worked in professional services / project-led businesses
