Key responsibilities of the German Performance Marketing Manager:


· Implement and manage paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns for the German market
· Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.
· Responsible for optimisation of all paid media
· Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns
· Drive and integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets


Requirements of the German Performance Marketing Manager:


· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in paid media, performance marketing and /or digital marketing
· Specialism in Google Ads, Amazon, Bing and Meta/Facebook
· Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills
· Native or native level German language skills are essential, an additional major language is an advantage
· Able to work with in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
