Our client based in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will:-
*Oversee a small team of warehouse operatives
*Responsible for the day to management of the warehouse
*Allocating work to the team
*Purchasing materials
*Ensuring products as made to order and specification
*Stock control and conducting stock takes
*Ensuring health & safety best practice
*Ensuring an efficiently run warehouse & workshop operation.
Skills required
To be considered for the Warehouse Supervisor position, you will have:-
*Previous warehouse supervisory experience of a small team
*Will have strong leadership skills
*Be highly organised and able to work under pressure
*Hold a valid forklift licence
In return our client is offering a starting salary up to £28,500, pension, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, onsite parking.
