Job Description:
BRAND COMMERCIALISATION COORDINATOR
A leading global entertainment organisation is seeking a Brand Commercialisation Coordinator to join its EMEA team on a 3-month temporary assignment. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Brand Commercialisation function, contributing to the execution of franchise and brand strategies across a portfolio of globally recognised properties.
This role is ideal for a former intern or candidate with prior experience in Brand Commercialisation, Licensing or Marketing who is looking to re-engage with a fast-paced, creative environment and make an immediate impact. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
BRAND COMMERCIALISATION COORDINATOR ROLE:
*Providing operational support to the EMEA Brand Commercialisation team to enable delivery of key franchise initiatives
*Managing, updating and distributing brand tools, pitch decks and commercialisation resources accurately and in a timely manner
*Supporting the development and management of the Brand Commercialisation briefing process
*Coordinating and supporting Brand Update events and internal presentations
*Maintaining the Brand Commercialisation planning calendar and deliverables schedule
*Organising and facilitating regular planning, activation and alignment meetings
*Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors in relation to major brand activities and presentations
*Ensuring all materials are on-brand, visually polished and aligned with brand guidelines
*Supporting day-to-day team operations and handling ad hoc administrative and project-based tasks
BRAND COMMERCIALISATION COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
*Previous experience within Brand Commercialisation, Marketing or Licensing (internship or similar role)
*Strong proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across a matrix organisation
*Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
*Clear and consistent project communication skills
*Strong time management and ability to prioritise effectively
*Good eye for design and visual formatting
*Proactive, collaborative approach with a positive and professional attitude
