*Managing the reception area and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
*Answering and directing phone calls effectively and taking messages when required.
*Providing administrative support to the team, including document preparation and data entry.
*Scheduling meetings and maintaining the office calendar.
*Preparing meeting rooms.
*Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
*Ensuring office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed.
*Maintaining a clean and organised office environment.
*Assisting with ad hoc tasks as requested by the team
Profile
A successful Receptionist/Administrator should have:
*Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
*Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, ideally within Financial Services.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*A professional and approachable demeanour.
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
*An hourly pay rate ranging from £15.00 to £17.00 GBP.
