What You’ll Be Doing
Customer Service & Order Management
You’ll be at the heart of day to day operations: *Managing orders from key retailers, distributors and independents
*Monitoring order progress with 3PL partners and resolving issues
*Supporting invoicing and payment flow
*Handling queries around shortages, deliveries and credits
*Acting as a key contact for both internal teams and customers
Logistics & Warehouse Coordination
A varied and hands on area of the role: *Tracking deliveries and managing booking requirements
*Resolving stock discrepancies and maintaining accurate warehouse data
*Managing packaging records, rework activity and inventory
*Overseeing sample stock and ensuring full traceability
Data & Systems Management
Help keep core business data accurate, compliant and up to date: *Maintaining customer, delivery and billing information in the ERP system
*Keeping data audit ready and aligned with internal controls
*Managing pricing data and supporting commercial accuracy
*Tracking sample usage and compliance-related reporting
Cross Functional Collaboration
You’ll work closely with teams across the business: *Supporting forecasting with sales, stock and promotional insights
*Liaising with Sales on launches, promotions and customer updates
*Identifying recurring issues and helping drive process improvements

It Would Be Great If You Also Have: *Experience in FMCG or supply chain (not essential)
*Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or similar)
