Hunters client, a well-regarded Chartered Wealth Management and Financial Planning firm, is looking for an IFA Administrator to join their friendly, high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with financial services administration experience who thrives on accuracy, organisation, and delivering excellent client experiences.
IFA Administrator – The Role
*Prepare meeting packs, valuations, review documents, and correspondence
*Support new business applications and track progress to completion
*Prepare illustrations, key features, risk questionnaires, and provider paperwork
*Facilitate fund switches and portfolio rebalances (non-technical)
*Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards and maintain accurate client records in the CRM
IFA Services Administrator – The Fit
*Experience in financial planning, IFA, or wealth management administration
*Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Experience with CRM systems, FE Analytics, Voyant, or similar is desired.
*Interest in long-term career development (e.g., paraplanning or senior admin roles)
