We are seeking an organised and proactive Shipping/Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in logistics, with full training provided and funded professional qualifications available for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinating shipments and resolving shipment queries
*Liaising closely with shippers/consignee’s ensuring shipments are delivered on time and within budgets
*Preparing and processing shipping documentation (delivery notes, invoices, customs paperwork)
*Booking couriers and tracking deliveries
*Maintaining records of all export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs and delivery times on their systems.
*Happy to help assist in the warehouse if needed
Requirements:
*Previous office-based experience or a graduate looking for their first role
*Strong attention to detail
*IT savvy with good MS Office skills
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
