Job Description:
We’re thrilled to be recruiting for this employer of choice in their hunt for a personable and proactive Key Account Manager. This is the perfect time to be joining this business in a sales role due to favourable market conditions and the industry leading products & service that our client provides.
With an attractive and uncapped commission package (Basic salary £40-45k), we’re looking for a relationship builder, who will really get a chance to grow meaningful relationships with clients rather than quick fixes or quick sales. You should be driven in the traditional sales sense and able to demonstrate proven success, but not at the cost of being a decent human who wants to forge long term connections through warmth, listening and understanding client requirements.
Most of the leads are inbound for this business and hence the best operatives can really thrive both professionally and financially, particularly if they also apply some cold outreach methods to their work - the opportunities to excel here are really exciting. It’s also a role which has no weekend work.
Day to day duties include:
*Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about new products and promotional activity.
*Growing sales revenue and developing long-standing relationships with customers.
*Keeping records of calls and processing orders in an accurate manner.
*Looking after a selection of key business accounts and contacting them all on a regular basis to maintain exceptional relationships.
*Working closely with the marketing and customer service teams to maximise all inbound lead conversions.

Experience in Telesales or Business Development is advantageous, where a proven success in account management is a must.
