Pre-school Room Leader
Department: Early Years
Pay: £25k - £39k Per Annum
Area: St James Wood
Hours: Full time 40 hours+
Summary:
You are an amazing Room Leader experience - managing a small team and planning activities for your room.
Our client is seeking experienced Level 3 qualified Room Leaders for the baby room and pre-school rooms the at their busy nursery in the South-East London area.
The Role
*Our client are looking for a qualified and experienced Nursery Room Leader. You will be responsible for:
*Supporting Staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.
*Observing children and managing their learning and development records.
*To work with EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.
*Be a key person, complete observations and reports where required.
*To build positive relationships parents and Ofsted.
*Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.
*Attending staff meetings and training as required.
*To maintain confidentiality.
*Must be Level 3 qualified.
*Must have 2 references.
Qualifications:
*Level 3 in Childcare
