What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in supporting the organisation’s operations and communications. Your responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing day-to-day office administration
*Maintaining accurate records and managing spreadsheets
*Supporting the Association, Head of Global Coordination, and Executive Committee with both internal and external communication
*Assisting with new and ongoing projects across the organisation
*Helping to plan, coordinate, and deliver events
*Onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth joining experience
*Acting as a communications liaison for the Head of Global Coordination and the Executive Board
*Creating and organising content for the website, social media channels, and wider digital platforms
