Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a highly professional, client-centric wealth management firm based on the outskirts of Bath who are now seeking a Practice Manager / Office Manager to join their growing team.
This well-established financial planning business prides itself on delivering exceptional, highly personalised client service while fostering a strong, supportive internal culture. Due to continued growth and exciting future plans, they are looking for an operational leader who can drive efficiency, enhance team experience, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.
They are open to candidates ranging from emerging operational managers ready to step up, through to experienced practice leaders with scope and salary aligned to experience and overall fit.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
*Overseeing the day-to-day management of the practice
*Driving and refining the client service proposition
*Mapping, improving, and implementing efficient internal processes
*Leading and developing the administration and support teams
*Championing team engagement, culture, and overall employee experience
*Monitoring workflow, capacity, and service standards
*Supporting compliance processes and identifying operational risks
*Working closely with Directors to support strategic growth plans
*Ensuring systems and data are utilised effectively and accurately

Skills and experience required:
*Previous experience within an IFA / Wealth Management environment (essential)
